Hospital management system
The problem
The hospital ran patient records, scheduling and billing as three separate tools. Front-desk staff re-entered the same patient twice a visit, and department handoffs relied on print-outs.
What we built
We built one system covering registration, scheduling, staff rosters, pharmacy stock and billing, modelled on how departments actually pass a patient between them - not on a generic module list.
