We knew what founders were up against: short runway, technical uncertainty, the fear of building the wrong thing — because we were living it ourselves. Not enough people were helping anyone close that gap.
In 2025 we formalised as Nexifer Labs with one job: validate first, build second, and help founders move fast without wrecking their budget. Not another dev shop — a product builder on the same road as the founders it works with.
