These terms cover this website. If we're building something for you, that work is governed by the agreement we sign together - not by this page.

- Don't attack the site. No scraping at volume, no probing for vulnerabilities without asking first, no misuse of the forms.
- Ideas you send us stay yours. We just need permission to read them and reply.

Agreeing to these terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
If you're using the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for that company.
This site and our services
Nexifer Labs designs and builds software: websites, applications, AI systems, cloud infrastructure, and products. This website describes that work. It is not an offer to contract, and nothing here - including any indication of scope, timeline, or price - creates an obligation on either side.
Engagements begin when we agree a written proposal or statement of work. That document governs deliverables, timelines, fees, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality, warranties, and termination. Where it conflicts with this page, the signed agreement wins.
Submitting an enquiry form doesn't create a client relationship. It starts a conversation.
Acceptable use
When using this site, please don't:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities without contacting us first. Get in touch and we'll almost certainly say yes - we'd rather know.
- Send automated traffic at a volume that degrades the site for others, or scrape it wholesale.
- Use the contact or newsletter forms to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful, or to impersonate someone else.
- Interfere with the site's operation, or with anyone else's use of it.

and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing publicly. We won't pursue action against anyone who reports in good faith and doesn't access other people's data.Our content and marks
The text, design, code, and images on this site belong to Nexifer Labs or are used with permission. The Nexifer Labs name, logo, and the phrase "Bringing the Next." are our marks.
You may read, quote, and link to anything published here, including our articles, with attribution. What you may not do is republish substantial portions as your own work, resell our content, or use our name or logo in a way that implies a partnership or endorsement that doesn't exist.
Code snippets in our articles are provided as examples for you to use in your own projects. Consider them free to use, without warranty.
What you send us
Anything you send through this site - project descriptions, requirements, documents, questions - remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.
You give us permission to read, store, and use it for the purpose you sent it for: replying to you, assessing whether we're a fit, and preparing a proposal. Nothing more. We don't publish it, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or use it to train machine learning models.
Please don't send confidential material through a web form before we have an NDA in place. If you need one first, ask - we'll sign it.
You're responsible for having the right to send us what you send, and for it not being unlawful.
Third-party links and services
We link to other websites and embed content from services like YouTube and Vimeo. We don't control those sites, we're not responsible for what they contain, and a link isn't an endorsement. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you go there.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep this site available and correct, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it without notice.
Our articles are written to be technically accurate at the time of publication. Frameworks change. Treat anything technical here as informed opinion rather than advice for your specific system, and verify against current documentation before you rely on it. The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexifer Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website - including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
This section is about the website. Liability for work we deliver under a signed agreement is set by that agreement.
Indemnity
If your misuse of this site causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending it. This applies to genuine misuse - the conduct described under acceptable use - not to ordinary reading and browsing.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in ourPrivacy Policy, and which cookies we set is in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you're a consumer in another country, this doesn't remove protections you have under the mandatory law of the place you live. Client agreements may specify a different governing law, and where they do, that choice applies to that engagement.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
Changes here don't alter a signed client agreement. Those are amended only in writing, by both sides.
